What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Do you allow pets on the property?

Yes, we are pet-friendly! Please review our pet policy for details.

Is parking available on-site?

1 Parking spot is included for Penthouse Suite, 2 Bedroom Suite and 2 Bedroom
Unit. Bachelor unit has access to paid underground parking.

Booking and Payment
How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made directly through our website or by calling us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Please refer to our cancellation policy

Amenities and Services
Is Wi-Fi available at the property?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Do you provide airport transportation?

 Yes, airport pickup and drop-off services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Are housekeeping services included?

Each unit is equipped with an in-suite washer and dryer, allowing you to refresh your linensand clothing as needed during your stay. Should you require extra linens
or bedding, simply let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.

Activities
What activities are available near the property?

We are situated is Leslieville, with very close proximity to the Beach as well as
major landmarks such as the CN Tower, Rogers Center, Ripley’s Aquarium.

Can you recommend local restaurants?

We’d be happy to make food recommendations! Just ask!

Policies
What is your age requirement for check-in?

Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.

Is smoking allowed on the property?

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. However, smoking is allowed outdoors,
provided that all waste are properly disposed of. Any damages resulting from smoking indoors or outdoors will be billed to the guest. We appreciate your cooperation.

What is your policy on extra guests?

Additional guests are welcome with prior notice and may incur extra charges.
