For your safety and security, we kindly ask that you provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. This helps us ensure the protection of all our guests and maintain a secure environment throughout your stay.
A $500 CAD hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in to cover any potential damages during your stay. This hold will be released upon check-out, provided no damages are found.
We’re happy to welcome your pets! However, to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, a $500 cleaning fee will be billed if there are any messes left behind. In the case of any damage caused by your pet, the cost of repairs will be covered by the owner, but any expenses will be passed on to the guest. We kindly ask that you keep your pet under control and clean up after them to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!
1. Reservations cancelled up to 14 days before your stay are 100% refundable.
2. Reservations cancelled 3-14 days before your stay are 50% refundable.
3. Reservations cancelled on the same day or no show will be charged 100% of the reservation.
1. Requests must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled check in date and subject to availability for your new dates.
2. Any rate differences for your new reservation will be applied.
